  bug at a beginners knitting class with the lovely Mary of Bantry Yarns</h
 2>\n<p>Mary will help you start a knitting project with a few basic skills
 . You’ll soon have the confidence and techniques to work away on your own 
 at home. But we know you’ll want to drop in again to the classes to pick u
 p new skills and embark on new projects. </p>\n<p>Hats\, scarves\, and bla
 nkets are good projects for beginners\, or you might have an idea of your 
 own you’d like to work on in these friendly and absorbing classes.  </p>\n
 <p>Knitting is a wonderfully relaxing pastime\, and you’ll soon find yours
 elf seeking out new patterns and calling in to Bantry Yarns to pick up yar
 ns for your new hobby!</p>\n<p>The Bantry Yarns knitting class is open to 
 everyone: if you’ve never tried knitting before\, or you haven’t taken on 
 a new project in years\, you’re more than welcome to come along.  Each wee
 k offers you a great chance to chat about crafts with like-minded souls wh
 ile you pick up new techniques and skills.</p>\n<p>Our beginners’ knitting
  sessions will take place at Bantry Yarns on New Street\, Bantry\, Co. Cor
 k every Wednesday morning from 11am – 1pm\, Drop in to join us. You’ll be

 or a 3-week knitting course with experienced knitter\, Jaq Stedman</h2>\n<
 p>Pick your project from 3 free patterns and Jaq will guide you over the w
 eeks\, helping you learn new techniques and stitches. Learn how to read a 
 knitting pattern\, find out about yarn and needle selection. You’ll be wel
 come to ask any questions that will help you build the confidence and skil
 ls you need to complete your first knitting project.</p>\n<p>The course wi
 ll run over 3 Wednesday nights (November 8th\, 15th and 22nd)\, and we’ll 
 meet from 7pm – 8:30pm.</p>\n<p>You will need to book to your Bantry Yarns
  knitting course in advance. Places are limited to 10 in each class\, and 
 you will need to pop in and select your pattern and yarn before the course
